How I use them: Since I use a letter-sized planner, the A5-sized My Health pages work beautifully within the weekly spread (second photo). Their smaller size makes them feel like a reminder and you can easily plan around the page. At the end of the day, you can move the daily page out and replace with a fresh page for the next day.
